Report time avaliable

Good afternoon,

I would like to know how long time i can get Resolve Session and Help Desk support reports? 

Nowadays, i maintain my reports manually in excel.

    Hi Tinamedida , 


    GoTo Resolve reports are available indefinitely, as long as you have a GoTo Resolve account.

    My main question is how long GoTo store yours reports. I saw that Calls are 12 months, right? On Resolve, is the same time?

    Can you tell me a bit more about what reports you are trying to pull?
