Can't mount network drives and file transfer immediately disconnects.

I'm trying to transfer files between computers, and I don't seem to be able to.  I can remotely access the other computer through logmein, and control everything normally, but when attempting to open the file transfer window, I get the message "disconnected.  Your connection to the remote computer has been lost" immediately after it connects.

    CFlaniganMide  You can try re-installing the endpoint software there with full Admin privy.

    They're both running windows 10.  I'm not certain what troubleshooting to run, as I'm not sure what the nature of the problem is.

    CFlaniganMide  Can you say what operating system version and LogMeIn software are installed there?  

     

    Have you done any troubleshooting on the Host PC yet?
