LID CLOSED=BLACK SCREEN
This worked before. Lid closed and able to view my laptop @ work. Lid is set to do nothing.
All the save power settings are off such as hybernate etc.
In the most recent I get a black screen, but it was working fine.
Using windows 10.

michaelbruhl If this was a recent change with your Win10 device, have you been able to call into Customer Support to check the device settings and activity log?

Having the EXACT SAME issue. Black screen after I log in, while the lid is set to do nothing.
Windows 10
I have used Logmein for 8 years, so I know what I am doing.
Any help, please do not keep ignoring. You guys have a problem.

ANONIM666 Sorry, I have tested with my Win10 laptop but did not experience the same issue. It may be worth creating a case with Support if we can't identify the Microsoft function that may be interfering with screen sharing.

ANONIM666 I checked to see if there were any programming changes, but couldn't find any relating to screen sharing. Could you tell what Win10 version is running, and the PC hardware / laptop model? This info may help understand what settings could have changed there.

No, but it did use to work. I drove to the office to make sure there were no power outages etc.
Not sure what changed but it did work.
