Antivirus status not displayed

So... new issue i'm getting this screen in every pc i have under the account, it never loads the antivrus information, it doesn't matter the status, green, yellow or red.

 

Can you guys check it out??

    Thanks.  We've identified a problem with dark mode specifically, and should have a resolution soon.  When I have confirmation of a fix I'll try to update this thread.

    - All PCs on the same network?
    No
    - Troubleshoot? tried different browsers from chrome, the new edge, internet explorer

    And the issue is in all of them

    Hey Oscar,

    I'll investigate within our AV team, and can you also tell me what you've done so far to troubleshoot?

     

    Are all of the affected PC on the same network?
