Connectivity issues can be related to:
- Network being choppy - Please run a trace route to secure.logmein.com on the host machine's Command Line and a continuous ping also.
- ISP (internet service provider) may be down - Please check with your local provider
- AV/ Firewall - Verify on your host machine if the connection is being blocked by a firewall or Antivirus.
Also, on the host computer, if you have set Debug Logs for Central, it will tell you why the connectivity was lost. These logs are under C:\ProgramData\LogMeIn on the host machine.
