Cannot log into Windows 10 Computer Desktops
We can use, File Transfer, CMD prompt, Computer Mgmt but we cannot remote into there desktops - Very fustrating with over 500 computers.... We need some money back....OR A VERY QUICK FIX

Sorry for the frustrations there.
Are all of these PCs on the same LAN?
Have you had any luck troubleshooting with someone physically at one of those workstations? If not, which methods did you attempt to troubleshoot with?
Have you contacted Customer Support for assistance?
No they are not on the same LAN.
I tried multiple troubleshooting with the end users. We tried enabling RDC, turning off windows defender.
Once we were able to get in after 3 reboots of the machine but then the next time we had to login, it would not let us again. Weird. We can use the file transfer, CMD prompt, computer management everything but the Remote control.
I created a support ticket but no one has answered me back yet.
