Cant assign licenses

Hello. I am trying to set up a new user and it shows that I do not have any licenses that I can give but when I look on the website I have 6 to give out. Is there a way I can get this fixed?

Hello, I am trying to add computers to my Companies account. It say's I have no subscriptions when I have 17 to give out. So I am unable to assign a users computer to them because I can't get their computer fully installed. Not the first time this has happened. Very frustrating.

      I did another install again and for some reason it worked today. I do not know why. I did nothing different today then yesterday.
