Catalina Keyboard Denied Accessibility Can't Check GoToMeeting Box

Working with a customer using Mac OSX Catalina.

Request for keyboard is denied.

In Mac Preferences, Security and Privacy, Accessibiity, have unlocked the lock.

Sill can't check the GoToMeeting checkbox on the right panel.

Thoughts?
