connection to customers pc

Hi I carry out remote programming on customers cars, normally though flexihub (USB) which will provide a token (something similar to teamviewer) so I can connect to the pc without needing windows network credentials as obviously I do not want to be asking the customer for their password ect to connect to their pc. I now need to connect to a LAN device on the customers PC  hence why I am looking at logmein hamanchi. Is there a way to connect to the customers pc by way of a one time password or token rather than have to eneter the windows netwok credentials?

    This would be extremely useful.

     

    AdHoc is great, but it's limited to customers that don't want all the real time monitoring.

     

    I would rather not create an access code and be able to send a link for support.
