CTRL ALT DEL issue

CTRL ALT DEL is once again plaguing us, noticed it two days ago and thought maybe a glitch so have been logging in through RDP.  I see that there is a fix to use the older version.  Does anyone have the fix link here?  I see that KateG is requesting us to message her by click her name, but i do not see where once i click here name.  Can someone provide the rollback version please or could KateG inbox me with a link.

  • 10/10/2024 Update: A fix has been released that will resolve the issue. Please check for an update in the LogMeIn Control Panel to receive the update, or click the version number of the computer on the computer list in Central, to get the update

    Could I please get this link as well?

    In my case it's one home Mac user who suddenly can't ctrl-alt-del into her Windows office computer. Everyone else seems fine.

    Why can't logmein simply update the app so everyone auto updates with the fix????

      hi.  i also need the link for rollback.  on 15702 and c/a/d is non-functional

      EDIT:  removed the new version again, restarted, then installed the file you send me, That did work and its functional again.  Thank you again,
