Find out the Central seats that are in use.
How can I find out which computers are using Central seats . I need to clear up some stale users but it's difficult to find out from the 400 total which ones are occupying the 25 I paid for

You could use the reporting to identify which accounts have been active. Reports, Category: Account Activity and Usage, Report: User Account Access and then use the filter option to increase the date range. You could set the time range to 6 months, then you would see which users accessed the account in that time and remove anyone who doesn't appear in the report.
