how does logme in checks which driver version is missing??

I'm getting a driver update available in the console  - Intel Corporation - Display - 2/28/2018 12:00:00 AM - 23.20.16.4973 but the laptop already has a newer driver I have already tried uninstall...

Are there specific commonalities like OS version, manufacturer, or start date that these PCs have in common?

yep they do, all of those laptops have windows 10 enterprise, all are lenovo but not the same models and start date it's the uncommon thing
