Installing Hamachi on new computer and keep IP address from old computer

I have 2 hosted servers that I am replacing with servers in Azure. I would like to install Hamachi on the new computer and when ready to go live, shutdown Hamachi on the old computer and have the new computer utilise the Hamachi IP address from the old computer.

Can anyone tell me how this can de done?
