is it possible to force a remote connection to start maximized?

I'm setting up a spare PC for a boss that is 70 and cannot figure anything out.  So I set up his remote connection to start automatically when the app is opened, and put in the start menu.. Works perfect, he will think he won't know the difference working from home or at office.

The problem is that it won't start maximized and he won't remember how to simply click the maximize button.  Can I force the remote connection to start maximized automatically?
