Kaspersky Software Updater End of Life

What will LogMeIn Central be using to patch third party applications now that Kaspersky Software Updater is no longer supported by Kaspersky?   https://support.kaspersky.com/14957

So Kaspersky Software Updater is what LMI uses for application patching?  OR am I missing something...

Yes, LMI uses the Kaspersky Software Updater to patch third party applications such as the Flash plugin, Acrobat Reader, etc.  So if you enable third party patching through LogMeIn Central, LMI Central deploys/installs the Kaspersky Software Updater on the managed PCs.

        juliomonteiro / jmonteiro  We switched to a BitDefender based security solution some time ago, though the LogMeIn desktop application is currently using the Kaspersky updater to help run application updates.  This is currently being examined for a replacement solution as well, which I expect to have more information on in the coming weeks.
