Hi Xav_prl,
The October 16th release includes: Improvements related to an upcoming LogMeIn Antivirus release. It only impacts users who have LogMeIn Antivirus installed on their remote hosts.
This is preparation for the Antivirus update that we plan to release in a couple of weeks if testing goes well.

I just received this from the LMI support tech that I have been communicating with regarding the issue of LMI AV not installing on new computers with Windows 11 24H2. It looks like there should be a solution available on November 4.
"Thank you for your time on this. After your report we have been escalating similar cases to our developers and they were able to work on a potential fix for Windows builds that are no longer insider builds but are been marked as insider builds still. The release with be made on November 4th and the build will be version 4.1.0.15746, this will allow you to install the LogMeIn Antivirus on Windows version 24H2 and below. I would kindly ask you to try with the update once it has been release, and if you are still having problems after the update, please let me know."

LMI Version 4.1.0.15746 is out now. And the problem with laptops running on Windows 11 24H2 is still unresolved.

Doh ! So it seems that we are not yet ready to be able to install LMI on 24h2 PCs. Maybe for Christmas?
