Ox1 checking with our team, we haven't been able to replicate. One suggestion is to check your company security settings:
I have the opposite issue, but looks as thought may be solved same way. On one of my computers I take home to work remotely, I accidentally checked the remember password, don't ask me every time when I was first trying to login. I would like it to ask me every time, but it no longer does. I do not see the area you are showing below. I looked under Settings, Security on the LogMeIn website. Is there somewhere else? Thank you!

Ox1 It works for me on my Pixel 5 and old Motorola G7 when I test. I can connect to both my Windows 11 PC and my MacBook Pro without being asked to sign in. On your Android device please do the following:
- Open the LogMeIn App
- Tap the Settings gear icon in the lower right corner
- Scroll to the bottom until you see the Version information and then tap on it until a message that says Log enabled
- Use the App as usual for a while to hold some sessions and then open Files in the App and you will see a new folder called Logs
You can send me the log files by clicking on my community profile here and then on the Message button to send a private message.

I've been having this issue for over a year and still doesn't work. On a mobile device, when i connect to a PC, i have to type the windows password in manually and it doesn't auto log me in with a prompt like it does on PC. Is this the issue you are having?
I have given up asking to be honest.

Hi Sensible_Ray!
Your problem might be that the service's cannot load its certificate and it has to be regenerated.
Try this command on:
64 bit Windows:"C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn\x64\LogMeIn.exe" cert -createca -createsc
32 bit Windows:
"C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\x86\LogMeIn.exe" cert -createca -createscThen restart the LogMeIn service.

To further clarify even after successfully opening LogMein client and getting out, it will come back with saved password is is invalid message, please login manually. Its a client app issue that suddenly happening

This issue is happening everywhere and frustrating my clients. We have 400 clients using LogMeIn and they use the LogMeIn client and it now requires them to put their username and password in everytime. This started happening in the last 8 weeks and its a pain. Even clicking on remember makes no difference
