OK, we will probably need the log files for a detailed investigation. They will be in the install directory or the ProgramData directory.Central Log Files
C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\LogMeIn.log and LMIYYYYMMDD.logLMI Anti-virus (LMI AV)
Same as other logs.
C:\ProgramData\LogMeIn - LogMeInAVServer.logPlease contact Customer Support when you have a moment to send these logs from one of the affected machines: https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/how-do-i-contact-support

fdoliveira From the article I referenced you can either call directly into Support or create a case there for an email follow up.
