LogMeIn Central - Files

This module is perplexing to me.  It could be extremely useful but it is non-functional for the most common types of Documents, like Word & Excel.

If I copy a Word or Excel document into a LogMeIn Files folder I cannot open it from that folder.  I get a Windows Security Enter your crendentials login box.  The only way to open it is to download it first and then it open it from the local hard drive.  

All other types of files .txt or .pdf seem to work fine.  I can drill into a LogMeIn folder, double-click, open, and edit.
