No, it is not related to this message. All this message means is that the current LogMeIn software is not 64 bit.
If you connect from a different computer do you expereince the same audio issue? What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Is there a beta version of the LogMeIn client for OSX available that might be more stable on OSX Mojave?
