"LogMeIn Client" is not optimized for your Mac.
Does logmein not give a crap about their software of the Mac anymore? I've been getting this message for months now.

malcf I fully expect a resolution in the coming days, not more than a couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience while we finalize the release.

I hope so, it seems like they must have lost their only mac developer over there... Maybe they can fix the search bug while they're at it.

Is there STILL no updated client? W.T.F?

I am running Mojave on my MacBook Pro; connecting to a Windows machine via LMI. The previous post regarding turning off greyscale has worked for me. No crashing since turning it off.

Is you issue with connecting to a Mac running Mojave? or are you using Mac Mojave and running LogMeIn Pro to connect to another machine?

HOLY CRAP! You are awesome!

Agreed! (I never liked that feature much anyhow.)
Briliant. Such a simple fix. Thank you.

Yes, disabling the "Grey Scale when inactive" option works for me. Thanks for passing that on!

We are still on target to fully support Mojave in the coming days, and I definitely appreciate your patience while this gets finalized.
In the meantime, another user posted a possible workaround while connected to Mojave systems through LMI Pro: uncheck the "Grey Scale when inactive" box option in Options -> Color Quality -Advanced. (Thanks tomiette for identifying this)

As a years-long subscriber to LMI, you don't get the sense they dedicate many resources to Mac support. One would have hoped this could have been resolved with Mojave in beta.
They still cash our checks though!
I'm looking forward to hearing from other about alternative products. - HenrikC8 years agoActive ContributorBeen saying the same for years myself but haven’t find anything with user/groups/host management that can compete price wise.
The new Mojave issue isn’t the most pressing issue for me though. Extreme slowness of remote sessions within Sweden and an ancient LMI central that haven’t evolved for 10 years is what I’m disappointed in. - scubadrew8 years agoActive Contributor
Please let me know what software you land on -- looking to make a switch also.
