Hello,
This behavior can occur if someone attempts to log in with the incorrect set of credentials. Fortunately the entire system is set up this way to prevent unauthorized access, so you can ignore these communications if you are the only user and did not trigger the request yourself.

I appreciate the reply. We have 100 + organizations under our account. 3 usesrs from the same domain and one user from a different domain (and group) got random 2FA codes that they did not ask for. I am on hold with LMI to see if this is something they are seeing. If not it is either our users doing user things, or an attempted breach in progress.
