Problema com câmera

My laptop's camera is not working, this error message appears

 

 

Soon after I noticed this in logmein AV


 

What can I do through the administrative panel or on the machine so that this doesn't happen

    Hi DiegoDash 

    Nice to see you. Have you tried adding the webcam to the exclusion list, you can find it on the antivirus module, and logmein antivirus policy:
