Running a simple PS or batch file

 
Does anyone have an idea or experience in executing an exe file or bat file? I called support and they have no idea.  I even tried to run a Power shell script. 
I'm trying to run a slient exe file to install Symantec but having no luck at all . I have tried PS bat files and they all seem to say they run successfully but nothing runs. I tried on 5 different machines . UAC is disabled too. I know the scripts work because i can run them manually on the machines .

    What does your script look like? What result are being returned in the task dashboard? Anything relevant showing up in event viewer?
