Duuude!!! Same. LMI call in support is now in Costa Rica I believe and my knowledge tends to be better than theirs. I complain and someone in billing or sales would give me someone outside of support to work with directly. You know you are most likely going to get poor support any time you have to repeat your name five times. I've been experiementing with an RMM solution/Splashtop. Side by side, LMI is clunky, delayed, and or frozen. This experience and lack of decent support is pretty frequent of late. LMI went on a buying spree and the regular users (8 years I believe) are paying for it. Anyway, I'm out. Thx for the memories.
