we are seeing a lot of lag and slowness in logmein. Particularly with open folders on their windows 10 computer. We have updated all the video drivers and reinstalled logmein. Anyone else have a fix for this? If i use teamviewer on the same computer i do not have any problem.
jdemodl I'm not aware of any known issues around data transfer delays. Is this affecting the real-time remote control as well as folder sync? Are all the host machines on the same network there?

its not data folder syncing occurring its when users are maneuvering around their computer. I constantly get people complaining it is slow moving around windows explorer windows in LogMeIn. I have made sure I have ran all the updates on their computers and video card updates as well. It is not the internet connection because if i connect to the same computers with teamviewer it is fine and smooth and quick.

jdemodl Thanks, and just so I understand fully --- the host PCs that your people are remoting into, are they in different locations, using different ISPs?

the host computers are at our office in one location and the people are remoting into them from all over.
