Alert notices

Sorry if this has been covered already, but I'm not clear after watching the video on how you are supposed to know that a device has triggered an alert- if you have NOT chosen to get email notifications?

I tried setting up an Alert so I would be notified when certain devices come online by using the Connection status Alert, but that seems to only engage when a device goes offline. Next, I tried setting an Alert when the Winlogon.exe process starts. That MAY be working, but I'm not seeing anything on the screen to "alert me to the Alert"!

Guide me, someone please!

  • Hi DustyD

    Good to see you.

Connection Status should alert you if you select Comes Online

For a visual indicator, the "Device Health" column will let you know when a device needs your attention. Then clicking on the device and viewing the device health will let you know what needs attention:

you can also change the "Focus View" to comprehensive and that will show you if there are any alerts:

lastly, you can click on "Alerts" and it will show you all of your active alerts:
