Customize Helpdesk Portal Page
Hello everyone,
First time Resolve user. I have used Jotform and GoGenuity for our Helpdesk ticketing system which allowed me to customize how the helpdesk portal looks for the end users. I could move fields up and down, group them into columns, and even create if/then show/hide fields if certain options were selected (like if device = phone, show fields related to phone). Moving to Resolve, other than creating custom fields, I do not see how I can arrange them on the Ticket Details page. All my fields are at the bottom in a row. Is there a way I can rearrange the fields so I can group them together or even create rules for them?
