Duplicate Tickets appearing in different service groups?
Anyone else having the trouble where a ticket is generated under ticket group A but a duplicate ticket is also generated under ticket group B?
We have several ticking groups to help manage ticket traffic, but suddenly that traffic as doubled because of the duplicates.

I checked with the team and this hasn't been reported previously. I would recommend opening a case with customer support who can investigate further.
