How do I generate a Support key
How to get resolve support key
Hi CarolynV7, welcome to the community.
Once you have signed into the Desktop Console or Web Console (in your browser), you need to click on Support in the side menu. On the next screen you can start an Instant Support session which will generate a unique Support Key and link that you can provide your Client to join the session.
