Hi ashajib, welcome to the community.
Once you are connected you should be able to see their mouse cursor by default. Once you have remote control of your client's computer their cursor should move to where your cursor is, it may be under your cursor. If you move your cursor to an empty space and then click on their screen you should see their cursor move from where it was to that spot. If you are not seeing this at all please reply with more details about your client's system.

Hi Glenn,
This is the same scenario with all GTR sessions my support team uses also.
It's very apparent when having the end-user take the mouse and point at things. A button will highlight if they mouse over it, but there is not a mouse cursor present. This is pretty annoying when you occasionally don't know what the user is pointing at.
There are no specific scenarios I can provide. This is every session with every user.
I will grab screenshots on my next session, if you want to see this.

Yes, you can see the cursor in GoTo Resolve by pressing the "Ctrl" and "Shift" keys together. This will temporarily show the cursor, allowing you to easily locate it and move it around the page.
