No other drives but C: show up in File Manager or after launching terminal for devices

New user running Resolve.  Need to run commands from mapped drive on user's computers.  Can only see the C: drive no matter how I connect.

Hi LarryIT, welcome to the community.

What commands are you using to access the mapped network drives? My understanding is you can only use the CD command to access local drives from the command prompt, for mapped network drives you need to use pushd

      Hello, GlennD !

I am using the CD command for our Windows environment.  We are moving to GoTo from the NinjaRMM environment, and I am finding features that I like better in GoTo and some that I miss from Ninja, including being able to access the mapped/shared drives that are available to the remote computer based on the logged in user's credentials.  Hopefully the learning curve isn't too steep for me and I will be able to figure out what to do about missing features that I am used to.

      Thank you for your reply!
