Unattended access in stall on MacOS using intune

As the title states i cannot seem to get Unattended access deployed via Intune to our MacOS machines. I followed the below Documentation and seems to error out each time in Intune stating "This file ...

Hi Glenn!

Nothing special with the PKG file. I do not have it going into groups or anything. I follow the guide to a T regarding the pre install script. It will not install as Intune just shows the file type is not supported.
