Can't Uninstall Unattended Access

I want to uninstall the unattended access software from a PC. When I go to the Control Panel:Programs and Features, the software does not show up there. It is on the PC because it is shown in the Services (G2ARemoteSupport_...)

Should it be showing up in the Programs and Features? How do I uninstall it?

It is possible my IT department has done something to make it uninstallable ?

    Hi Gobbler,

    Have you gone through a full reboot after uninstalling the GoToAssist program?
