GoToAssistv5 Unattended Agent failing to connect

I have Windows Servers/Workstations in local and remote office(s) with Unattended Agent deployed. In some cases, I am able to connect to the PCs, but not getting a response once the <CTRL> + <ALT> + ...

Thanks for your patience.   I believe the final phase of testing is being completed now.  We may have a test version I can share soon.

    RBlanco  wharfrat63  Could you please click my Community name to send a PM with the affected Unattended machines (nicknames etc.) ?  I'm unclear why this is continuing to affect some computers in your care.
