GlennDi'm still unable to see the device in the admin console.

Thank you. My Mac command line skills are limited, but you could try restarting the Resolve daemon by:
- entering sudo launchctl list | grep resolve in the Terminal
- copying the result which should look like: com.goto.resolve.daemon.XXXX (XXXX being your account number)
- then enter sudo launchctl start com.goto.resolve.daemon.XXXX in the Terminal and hit Enter and enter the User's Mac password
If that does not bring the client online please click on the Resolve icon in the Mac's toolbar and select Troubleshooting > Collect Support Files. This will leave a zip file on the Mac desktop with log files, if you unzip it and open appdata > FileManagerCrashReportDB there are log files for a number of processes including a Network Checker log that may hold answers.
