Switch between two languages keyboard

Hi! Since a couple of weeks GoToAssist V5 doesn't switch anymore between different languages keyboard.

For example: I have an AZERTY keyboard and I work with a lot of computers with QWERTY keyboard, before GTA switched automatically my keyboard to the language keyboard of the remote client, now I need to guess which key of my AZERTY keyboard matches with the QWERTY keyboard.

There is any solution or maybe updates about that?

    Hi,

    I had trying to search on all settings on edge but no result I can't find any change that change the switch between to languages keyboard.

    Is someone have any solution?

    I just noticed that the issue is only on the web version of GoToAssist and no problem on the software agent.

    Thanks for your response!

    I'm IT support technician, and I work with a lot of computers in remote per day, about 80% of the company have QWERTY keyboard and I have AZERTY keyboard.

    All of the computers of the company are in Win10 22h2.

    I'm not alone to have this issue, all of my colleagues have the same problem that the keyboard doesn't switch anymore automatically to the language keyboard of the remote computer.

    Hi Marina98, welcome to the community.

     

    The last release for GoToAssist Remote Support v5 was back in May and I am not aware of any recent changes. Can you provide some more details about your workflow and which operating systems are being used?
