Data storage - GDPR

Hi guys,

 

Currently, we are one of your client and have been using service over 12 months.

 

Due to GDPR regulation, we'd need to get clients consent before they register and we'd need to do this by adding a checkbox. Can we do this?

       Additional information about Logmein and GDPR: https://www.logmeininc.com/gdpr This resource is still being updated. 

       

      Note: Be sure you are subscribed to the Remote Support News and Service Desk News boards so that you are notified of all  release updates updates. They will detail specific GDPR updates that have been made.

        Hi Glenn,

         

        Thanks for your reply and the link. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the answer of my question within the post but, it looks like you're still working towards GDPR and more updates will be coming up. Is that correct?

      Before they register for what exactly? Is this a GoToAssist question or are you using one of our other products?
