Email - Use it to create incidents or reply to incidents

  • Hi Aristotelis, if I understand the issue correctly then the reason for the garbled email is because Service Desk converts the emails to text only for security reasons. Thus embedded images get converted to text and/or attached and that's what causes the garbled email.

    No data loss, just is to difficult to read the content of the incident specially in the Service Desk tool.

    Sorry for any confusion there.
    When you say the emails are messed up, is there any data loss besides embedded pictures?
