How do you update an existing incident via email?

@gotoassist How do you update an existing incident via email, when replying from a different email. (added as approved). Can u include ref?

    You should be able to reply or comment on any incident by including the B#1234 reference number any where in the subject line.

    You should be able to update the existing incident via email as long as you leave the Subject line unchanged. Then send the email to the Service Desk mailer address for the account: mailer@username.assist.com
