- jemmyw11 years agoActive ContributorYou should be able to reply or comment on any incident by including the B#1234 reference number any where in the subject line.
- GlennD11 years agoGoTo ManagerYou should be able to update the existing incident via email as long as you leave the Subject line unchanged. Then send the email to the Service Desk mailer address for the account: mailer@username.assist.com
