Anyone noticed a lack of responses here lately? Spent 1 hour and 4 minutes on the phone the other day, was told there would be a follow up once the finance department correct my invoice for February ...

GlennDOne response in the last six days. At this point, this has been ongoing for a month and a half. Will likely reach out and cancel my service if something isn't resolved in the next 2-3 days. I cannot keep placing my business on hold while GoTo has taken 3-5 weeks already and still no resolution to my billing.
