Thanks for additional information. Would you be able to test with bluetooth headphones and the phone, does this work?
My bluetooth headset works when I have my XEQ app off. My car radio still doesnt work either way.
Hi Steven-H Could you provide a bit more detail on your use case? Are you trying to listen to music while taking calls? We don't often come across situations where two Bluetooth devices are used simultaneously, so understanding the steps you're following would help.
Music usually stops when I take calls and resumes when done.
I know usually the car stereo can do both on bluetooth but this radio doesn't do music over bluetooth. That is why I have a second one hooked to the aux port on the radio for music only.
I appreciate all of your follow-up here.
There are no known issues with bluetooth/Andriod currently. I don't have a suggestion for this particular set-up, but will leave this thread open for comments from other community members who may have suggestions on how to improve this situation.
