Hi wootowl, welcome to the community.
Thank you for reporting this issue. We would like to review the GoTo Connect log files from your computer, please:
- Open the GoTo App
- Click on Help > Troubleshooting > Open log folder
- Select all of the files can zip/compress them
- Email the zip file to GoToService at logmein dot com
If possible, please include in the email any of the most recent dates and times you can recall the issue happening, or wait until it happens again before you gather the log files.
