Calls going silent

Dears, one of our clients is facing problems with the Go To app during calls. After a random amount of time, the calls go silent and the user has to hang up. I have already contacted support, who did not notice anything unusual in the logs, and I have also checked the firewall, topics like UDP connection limits, etc. Can you help me?

On this case, the call went silent at this time 15:16.

    I would recommend that you continue to work with our support team, noting down which calls this happens with and adding those details to your case so support can investigate further with our providers.
