Hi KateG, thank you for the quick response. I didn't have any expectations. I just wanted clarification for a better understanding. Calls that "Timed Out" went thru the 40 seconds of 2902 (ring group). Correct?

Thanks for the screenshot, it helps, and yes, you are correct!
- Call timed out - it went through the 40 seconds and no one answered
- Node completed successfully - Someone answered that call
