GlennDI show some our users are able to text and some of those texts get rejected. Other users receive a 'Texting isn’t available until SMS registration is done. Ask your admin for help.' message. In our SMS Compliance section, it shows brand registration complete and campaign as active. We included all of our numbers. When this began a week ago, we saw some items were missing from the campaign like the links and the opt in opt out language, so we added that. The status for the brand and campaign never changed. Is there no place to get further info on our status or why we are getting these errors?
