GoTo Connect -- Inconsistent Incoming Paging Display Name Errors

What am I missing?  New employee UserA has been assigned phone (all are Yealink T54W's) previously assigned to ex-employee UserB.  When UserA pages UserC, UserC sees the correct, current name of UserA.  However, when UserA pages UserD, UserD sees the incorrect, old name of UserB.  Issue seems to be(??) with recipient devices C and D, as they are showing different results.  All naming settings appear correct in devices and extensions for new UserA.  Is there a setting somewhere that effects the display name for incoming pages to a user/device/extension?

    OK ya thats a weird one, you could try re provisioning (or do the reset to factory thing) on  the device thats showing the wrong name, I do this when all else fails and it seems to work out weird bugs on the devices .. sometimes lol

    Thanks for the feedback!  Yes, I verified that the Device name (as well as the extension) were updated to the new user's name.  Still showing different names, however, for two recipient extensions when the new user pages them -- one shows the old name, one show the new one.

    When you reassign  a device it holds on to the old users name (even if the old user was completely deleted). The only way to fix this is to a manually change the name on the device. I have run into this same issue sooo many times (we have quite a bit of turnover). You would think that changing who the device is assigned to would have an effect on the name of the device, because it does in the initial set up,  but that field doesn't change when updating the device to a new user. Seems like a bug that would be an easy fix and might same everyone some trouble if fixed at some point. nudge nudge lol
