We're thrilled to announce that the GoTo Chrome extension is once again available in the Chrome Web Store! After a pause due to a framework migration enforced by Chrome, the GoTo for Chrome extension has returned!
The Goto for chrome extension is currently available publicly via the Chrome web store, GoTo for Google Chrome.

Hi bluetba, welcome to the community.
Due to recent changes in Chrome the GoTo Connect extension has been removed from their web store. We are investigating options to work with/around these changes so the extension can be restored. If you have the GoTo Connect Desktop App or Web App installed they have the screen pop feature for incoming calls.

Hello team,
This very much needs to be figured out. This is a critical feature that will put your service at a massive disadvantage to other carriers if they have it working. I have several customers who will cancel their service if it stops working for them. Please get the developers on this asap as so agents don't start getting bombarded with irate customers demanding cancelation requests.
Thanks

Hi MikeB1976, welcome to the community.
We are already working to restore the Chrome extension. In the meantime our Desktop or Web App can be used as a replacement https://support.goto.com/connect/help/set-up-screen-pop

Sorry, small issue, the users are complaining that when another extension calls them it also does the search, can it be set to only do it when it's an external caller? One of the extensions is 182 so they get lots of blink 182 searches 😁

This works really well, the only thing I would have to add to anyone finding this post, is that you need to specify the website to search, I wanted to use Google so added this as the website https://www.google.com/search?q=${CNUM}
