A few things, have you cancelled the account already and are you looking to delete the account entirely? You can delete your account, this article explains how.
If you are looking to cancel the account, Is the gmail you used the one associated with your GTC account? We would need the admin email address to cancel the account. You may also want to call support directly to cancel for the fasted service.
