Ignored by customer service

I have sent several emails to the (removed - GlennD) email and have been flat out ignored. Does anyone know why they are ignoring their customers?

Hi MichaelJE, welcome to the community.

 

If you need to contact our support team please continue to use the Contact Support option on our support site, unless specifically asked to email. If you have an existing support case open you can use the My Cases feature of our support site to add attachments and comments for the representative that is assisting you without calling again.

Is there any other way to contact them that will get a response? Now I am being ignored by telephone, email and now this portal. This is very frustrating and the worst customer experience I have ever had. My client is now asking for a new provider.

    Hi MichaelJE, I reviewed your account and identified the original case #20924600 that you are waiting for an update on and escalated it. To add any more feedback to the case without needing to call,  you can find it in your My Cases list and comment directly there.
